Payment Mode: All purchases are online payment only; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

Return Process: Customers must report defects within 24 hours of receiving the product with clear photos/videos as proof. Sri Divya Garments reserves the right to verify the issue before approving a refund.
Shipping Charges: Any shipping costs incurred for returning defective items will be borne by Sri Divya Garments; otherwise, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
